Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Within my role I complete care act assessments and care plan reviews. I also plan support packages for individuals who are open to the Community Mental Health Team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I generally enjoy the programme although think some of the teaching sessions could be improved.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot about the laws surrounding social work. I have also develoed my skills within the mental health sector.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Generally the structure is fab! I think they give enough time and teaching for each unit. I think some of the units could be taught differently in the sense of providing more information on what exactly they are looking for in our assignments.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer. They respect that I am completing a degree and provide supervision sessions to review my progress.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from MMU with reviews and from tutors directly.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think this qualification has definitely helped to improve the way I work and they way I support individuals.
