I will do a number of different jobs, the main one being validating applications, I also index documents, email various types of people among other jobs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy this as I really like the work I do and the people I work with.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have become much more equipped with technological knowledge and my work id completely different to anything I've learnt before in the likes of school or college so I have learnt so much.

Very well, as I have been learning my work at very quick rates and I have full understanding of what I am doing.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my managers and co workers as they all will help me with any troubles I am having and show me how to everything but also allow me to do my work on my own to so I can really learn it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have not yet worked with my provider too much yet but what I have done with them has been very helpful.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The hours are great and the environment is nice to work in, also the people I work with are very supportive and easy to talk to.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rochdale Council?
Just do all of your work and do it all correctly, be punctual with your work and your attendance too.
