I lead a team within the learning and development departments. We deliver in-house courses to staff, engage with schools at career events, promote apprenticeship opportunities for staff and prospective staff along with contracting and evaluating programmes and we deliver pre-employment programmes to those looking to work as a HCA in the NHS.
