Analysing data and problem solving for Travis Perkins. Very varied. Presenting Data for a wide range of uses throughout the business

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Going to be hard work but definitely enjoy it. Have made friends with some more people at my company because of it and gained vital knowledge I need to progress.

So far it's more the management of others and expectations which is really valuable.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Pretty well organised. Not perfect but it's difficult to organise everyone when they're in different companies

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

It's not like university so they baby us as much but sometimes the knowledge of how I'm doing isn't there. But they probably have a large number of people to look after.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it's the softer skills that are really beneficial. I know SQL, but I don't know how to manage my manager into when to expect an SQL piece of work. Or what stakeholders were until this course
