I find it challenging to manage both the apprenticeship and my general work, but it keeps my mind sharp and keeps me thinking outside the box.

Yes, I've improved my knowledge of maths by completing the maths exams necessary to my apprenteship.

Very well organised. My Coach checks in at regular interval and will put an action plan in place for any areas that I need assistance with.

My employer has been very supportive in terms of giving me time to work on my apprenticeship.

Excellent support including a one on one tutor who is a brilliant tutor.

The trainig on product and industy knowledge particulalry sessions with who is an expert were valuable and i use this knowledge every day.

Why?
Couldn't ask for more support. The programme has been so enlightening for me in understanding what my strengths and weaknesses are and how to apply them to my working life. Its also given me perspective on where i want to go in fututre in terms of my career.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Travis Perkins plc?
Keep an open mind regarding the apprenticeship and don't worry about being overwhelmed as the support and flexibility is there.
