Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Reading new functionality documents, creating test scripts that will confirm the functionality exists and is working as expected, capture evidence for those scripts and make amendments during review
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The university part can become hectic but can be manageable if you are organised. The university assessments could be better fitted around our work. Doing in person exams are not beneficial when we already have a job so there’s no need to compare students

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Many skills, I have became a lot more confident so my communication and working under pressure skills have improved greatly. I am able to efficiently organise and work effectively along with becoming more analytical

Generally good, it’s mentioned there’s a framework for pay and progression but this is very broad. Many departments pay a lot higher if your a degree apprentice in comparison to others so there’s a pay gal

A lot, always one call away and provide in-depth support in everything I do

There are extra coaching sessions you can attend which ensures you have the skills for the upcoming assessment. Hard to shape the time are work schedule though
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

General computing logic and terminology are used everyday so some aspects are applicable but most are specific to software engineer or business analyst roles
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are many work events. Sport teams in every office, graduate dinners and charity events all happen in the company
