Stacking shelves, working on tills, tidying the store, engaging with customers, cleaning up an spillages/breakages.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it but feel like it could be more hands on as opposed to learning all day on a computer.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learned how to do price cards (changing them or adding them), developed customer service skills, learnt more about a business runs (general hasn't been applied to ALDI)

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well structured and organised. I feel the topics flow well in the order and it is good how it tests knowledge at the end of each module
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel like I could get more support but at the same time I could reach out more to ask for the help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get a lot of help and support from my mentor when we have our team meetings and face to face sessions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me gain a better understanding of the business side to companies. It has also taught me things that I need to consider that I didn't think of before coming onto the apprenticeship.
