My role is as a Preschool room leader and a Designated Safeguarding Lead. This involves ensuring safeguarding is paramount and the day to day running of the room. It involves managing staff and monitoring children's progress.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying it a lot but I am finding it difficult to keep up with all the off the job hours required. I feel like this a a lot of hours expected.
