Diverse and accepting culture, flexibility. Main negative is the hours, especially during busy season.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
It's important to be able to work in a team when working at EY. Be prepared to work long hours during some parts of the year, that's why maintaining a work-life balance is an important aspect of starting work at a big 4 firm.
