Really enjoy the programme, more so as I'm able to apply it directly to what I need to do in my current role and also apply it to my progression

very well structured - I like the fact that each unit/module is specific making it easier to focus on and apply

a lot of support - my employer is always on hand if I need them, I need to be better at asking for more help as and when needed!

Training provider is very supportive, they particularly helped me with special needs assessments and additional support like a laptop and software to help me with my studies.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has helped me to approach certain aspects of my role differently, the theory and models covered have really helped me plan things better and ensure I'm looking at things in a wider perspective.
