Leading a team of employment advisors to support universal credit recipients with upskilling, wellbeing support and employability support on the Restart Scheme. Covering Peterborough and Wisbech, working with stakeholders and partners including employers, training providers, colleges and wellbeing partners and the Job Centre Plus.

Paragon provide plenty of proactive support, regular checkpoints to discuss progress, workshops to enhance knowledge levels and supplement that with their Bud system which makes tracking work a simple process.
