I love this apprenticeship, I don’t think I’ll ever regret not going to uni.

I have definitely developed my communication skills as I feel more confident with the people around me, this is due to the friendly atmosphere I work in.

The programme is very well structured and the career path is clear from day 1.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support both from the firm and also other colleagues. I believe the buddy and counsellor system they have improves this a lot.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider is available 24/7 in the sense that tutors are always available for contact via email and can help with any queries.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe the qualification definitely is in line with my career path and feeds into day to day work.

Yes, there are a lot of socials and also networks you can join for anything and everything. You just have to know where to look.

Because they are all lacking the experience that I’m gaining whilst they’re at university.
