Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Meetings with lots of internal stakeholders to discuss and improve performance. Creating assets to go on social pages. Writing copy. Reporting on performance of the web, paid media content and other content. Optimising coffee break demos and nurtures.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love working at Sage and the experiences and opportunities that come alongside this, the apprenticeship programme with Middlesbrough College can be trying but on the whole it is alright.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed time management, organisation, accountability and other professional skills, as well as general marketing skills including reporting and data and field marketing.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Sage is great, I feel heard and valued. With Middlesbrough college it feels difficult to understand what is happening and to have confidence in my tutor.

It is just the theory of marketing, it applies to my role but, nothing we have learned has directly impacted my role and helped me perform better.

Not really, we have been left to our teams now, there are rarely work-led events apart from at Christmas and volunteering.

The people are really lovely and as an apprentice there is great chance for progression if they have budget for you.
