On the whole it has been a great experience.

I have learnt many new skills across each unit throughout the apprenticeship and developed them further within the workplace.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The first 2 years were very structured and clear deadlines and schedules were set, however since a change in management, the apprenticeship has become a bit lax.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has offered me good support and colleagues within the workplace especially have taken a genuine interest in my learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

When at the training centre, support has been okay, however away from it communication has been limited.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has developed my skills and allowed me to enter the role I am going to be filling.
