I am being trained to be a multi skilled engineer which involves mechanical, electrical and machining skills to complete tasks around my factory

The organization is not good and I have had to push myself for a lot of things to get done and still might not see a solution

Being trained by good and helpful people as the engineers mostly want to help me and the college I go to try to help us all

Would you recommend Nestlé to a friend?
No
Why?
Because if I knew I wouldn’t be getting access to what I need to learn in order to be multi skilled from the start It may of changed my mind for example I have no access to any machining type equipment such as lathe and milling and have done minimal electrical work

Understand the role more before going and maybe not start here
