4/5
Project support, setting up meetings, diary management, various duties to ensure that projects run on track, ensuring project trackers and documents are up to date, communicating with colleagues and stakeholders.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
Apprenticeship programme has been good overall in enabling me to learn new skills and help progress my career, however some parts of the course such as reflective learning logs were repetitive.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
All aspects of project management, time management techniques, communications and influencing skills have all improved during my role.

Structure and Support

3/5
Invites were sent well in advance and the structure of the course was clear. The only module I did not really get was consolidated planning, as it did not seem to fit with the rest of the course.

4/5
My employer has given me lots of opportunity to develop my skills throughout my apprenticeship, and has been supportive of attending workshops/ensuring I have time to complete learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Good level of support particularly in the run up to my exam, however my skills coach has often been slow to respond and conversations often felt quite tick-boxy.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
My apprenticeship has enhanced my knowledge of project management theory and practice, enabling me to better support the projects that my organisation delivers.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
My organisation offers strong health and wellbeing support with a range of activities including yoga, lunch time walks etc.
