Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role currently involves planning and designing a new welfare for an SCL mining team. This involves organising meetings with various members of the SCS team ranging from community and engagement team to the commercial team. I also have the opportunity to go out on site and set out .
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes definitely so, I was trusted with a large project that, with check ins, was left to me to do.
