Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
- Managing performance of operatives based on their workload
- Mitigating tasks with the end user
- Providing the end user with updates
- Checking all handwritten dockets and passing to the helpdesk to close out
- Answering any queries from Helpdesk manager and Engineers
- Ensuring adequate cover
- Flagging errors to Helpdesk and engineers
- Managing subcontractors and service sheets following reactive callouts
- Having monthly meetings with the client, presenting failed events and fines accumulated
- Obtaining reports from package managers and collating into a document for the client on a monthly basis
- Supporting engineers with parts needed or general queries
- Managing Trust walkarounds
- Training engineers on FSI-Go
- Creating presentation slides for training purposes
- Taking part in the morning meetings to ensure a smooth handover from Night shift to Day shift
- Raising PO and reactive works instructions for contractors and parts
- Calling out contractors
- Ordering and chasing required parts
- Identifying repeated failures
- Learning the contract
- Assisting the billing team
- Supporting the wider team
- Assisting with reports and running them
- Completing other admin duties where required
- Fulfilling any further requests from the Performance Manager and Deputy Performance Manager.
