Skanska care significantly for their trainees, always pushing for you to achieve as much as possible. You are supported from the ground up and encouraged to learn and develop as much as possible. You are supported by you direct reports and a wider team with everyone pushing for your success, any questions are always welcomed and encouraged.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Skanska?
Be passionate about what you are applying to do and show a real interest. They are not expecting you to be an expert in the field but want to see your willingness to learn.
