I am a room attendant for Premier Inn, My job role is to ensure clean rooms for guests and set to a brand standard.

I receive a lot of support from my employer as she is always able to answer questions, give me extra training I ask for. She also takes part in any activities that I may do while doing this to support me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my training provider as they are able to talk me through things if I don’t understand and support me through the apprenticeship.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
