Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My role covers all warehouse-related tasks. I as well now cover risk assessment and other tasks in relation to health and safety since I started my apprenticeship. I am also an apprentice ambassador and this allows me to help new people to feel more at ease with there course and gives me the option to attend amazing events that will help me to be come to a better person.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I love m program the teaching staff are amazing and are always happy to help no matter what time of day they will do anything for you. The Pearson apprentice team is just amazing as well no issue is too big for them if you are not happy they are not happy and they will also go out of there a way to make sure that you are happy and getting all the help you need.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Since I started on this path I have developed my self-belief that I am able to do things that I thought I would not be able to do. Since starting this course I have also achieved my FS Maths and English level two and this was a massive thing to me as I did have a fear of maths.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Perfect I know what is expected of me what will be covered and what I need to achieve by when. I also know who I need to go to for any issues that I need to get help with as well. The team has helped me as well with my fear of Maths and got me passed this to achieve my FS Maths level 2.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
All the support I need is at my finger tips when I need it. I have a mentor and also my line manager who is always happy to help and if there is something that they are unable to help with then the apprentice team are also happy to help and with the experience that they have hey are second to none.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
More than I could ever need Help is there at all stages at any time of the day no matter what the issue is there is someone who can help. This can range from IT issues with my set up for my FS online test to setting up my BKSB.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel that this has given me a new level in life. It's allowed me to be able to pick up more new tasks at work and as always this has allowed me to pick up more skills as well and more responsibility here at work and this has given me a new level of self respect.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Since I joined the apprentice program and then went on to the apprentice ambassador program I have been to the apprentice meet up with the apprentice society in London there has also been a meet and greet with the training providers as well and this has helped me to make new connections in the world of person.
