To lead my bar and restaurant team during service hours and to count and close the business at the end of service.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

At first the program was really good and beneficial to me. But it changed half way through the program to a course based program. It really slowed down all progress and made my work more difficult for me.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program wasn’t structured well at all, completely changing styles of learning. Bi monthly self learning and oral exams to an online course that wasn’t flexible with a full time job. Help options available go me were not presented until it was too late.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Mixed, my manager was supposed to schedule one on one learning but that hasn’t happened. I had to ask them multiple times and barely got half and hour of help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I struggled to meet up with them for our meetings. But when asked he did help me and he has given me a guide on what to do.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
