So my role is meant to be a combination of Development and Operations where I work within a development environment and adapt an agile way of working. However within my current team, I do not get the exposure I need or am looking for.

At times, there can be very poor communication between me and my manager and even my training provider.

It can vary to what colleagues I am working with. Some colleagues can be very supportive whereas others can be very hands off and want nothing to do with you.
