5/5
There are several professional networking events that I have attended since starting in the role, but also graduate development weeks hosted by L&D and HR to ensure I am getting a holistic understanding of the business too

Yes
Why?
Collaborative and welcoming team who are only ever looking to develop you and help you to achieve your career aspirations and goals
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Nestlé?
Be yourself. You have been recruited for your professionalism but also how you are as a person, they want young people coming into the business to give a fresh pair of eyes into processes and other areas so always get involved where you can !
