I enjoy the programme very much.

4/5
Continuously developing knowledge in regulatory procedures and standards of the aviation industry.
Developing existing problem solving skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Moderately, but definitely learning towards well organised. And miscommunication is between the course provider and the company, however, the company seemed unsure on what to do with the apprentices within the company. This however can be credited to the learning pathway of the course provider being ambiguous and there is no clear instructions whether the company is required to provide additional development pathways on top of the apprenticeship/mastership scheme ran external of the company.

4/5
I receive strong support from my line manager.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
It is still early days but support seems to be swift and efficient.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I feel that it is an extremely specialised field and there is a potential risk of silo-ing myself in this area and miss out on opportunities to branch out.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There is a variety of sports club and on overarching Sports and Social Club that governs most of the sport-based clubs. There are also clubs that provides language tutoring and other particular interests.
