The day to day is always changing and there is always something new to learn and get involved with.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learn about how air traffic control works and how the systems in the company work to maintain safety throughout the business.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
In the first year it is super structured giving experience of all areas of the business in engineering this is done by rotating through different engineering departments.
In the second year you get placed and it become less structured but still has goals and tasks to work towards.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Any questions or inquiries I have get answered to an great quality. Also any issues are addressed and worked through in a helpful manor.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
The training provider is not the best and has been a downside of the apprenticeship because their support is slow and the quality of training is low. However this has been taken into account and the company is looking for a new provider to help support the future cohorts.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
There are some key skills that have been useful in my day to day job but most have been self taught from the small parts of guidance given by the training provider. However this has been taken into account and the company is looking for a new provider to help support the future cohorts.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are lots of extra curricular activities available that can interest a wide range of personalities.
