Deputy hotel manager so I have to make sure all the duties are done from morning to nights. Dealing with any complaints. Always dealing guest and team. Making rotas, doing staff payroll and other responsibilities.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is very enjoyable because you get to concentrate to other stuff just other then work and the coach is really helpful to get through it.

It is very organized because my coach is always there to help and always explains as tasks comes along and having regular reviews which helps alot.
