In terms of RWE, my programme has been structured well and I have been given lots of support
Babington's programme structure was quite poor and needed lots of improvement

Support was provided however, there was a lack of structure to the programme and sometimes made the course more difficult than it needed to be

There are lots of events held at RWE, you do not have to attend but this has been really good for my networking skills and I have met lots of people throughout the organisation

Why?
This has been a really good start to my career within a international organisation, lots of skills learnt whilst gaining a qualification as well as getting work experience
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RWE Supply & Trading?
Do the research, if you do not understand some aspects of the job - ask. It shows that you are interested and have done the research.
Most importantly be yourself!
