To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy my programme, the role that I am in & the people that I work with. The programme helps to teach me new skills while also giving me lots of experience in the workplace at a young age, which will help to propel my career in the near and future

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt new skills such as Managing users on Windows 10, along with things such as Azure cloud, and AWS Cloud. I have also learnt new skills which we implement on a day to day basis with the applications that we deal with most within our role. These are skills which I had not even heard of prior to starting my role

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The programme is well structured, the deadlines are clear, the tasks and requirements, as well as the expectations, are all well set out, and there is no confusion on that front. If i have any struggles or concerns then I know exactly who to get in contact with to help with my issues.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive a lot of support & help from my employer to ensure that I am able to complete all of my modules for my programme in time and to a high standard. This means that I am not getting distracted or distant from either my programme, or my job role as there is an even balance.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I have and continue to receive plenty support from my training provider every time I am working towards a current, or a new part of my qualification. My trainer ensures that everything is clear to me and that I understand what I am working towards, and the best way to go about completing it and showing my best work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
My qualification so far has helped me learn many new skills which I have been able to take forward & implement into my job role, and therefore perform better than I perhaps would have been able to if I had not been given the opportunity to learn all of these skills.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, there are many different opportunities for extra curricular activities such as things like Do Good, Feel Good, fun events which allow time away from your desk, to help charities. There are events such as Munro climbs & Hikes, all the way to things like bungee jumping, & even half marathons to get involved in
