Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
PMO Role. Budgeting and financials tracking. Managing project assurance e.g. risks, OKRs, business outcomes. Minute taking and action tracking for meetings.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
Programme is very enjoyable. Banking is completely new to myself and I am learning a lot. BPP coaches/tutors are extremely supportive

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Budgeting and financials tracking. Managing project assurance e.g. risks, OKRs, business outcomes. Minute taking and action tracking for meetings. Developed on soft skills e.g. communication

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
BPP is very well organised and structured. Meeting invites sent out in plenty time, was provided with a full programme overview
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Employer is extremely supportive. Study days given to complete assignments and CFA learning. Placement line managers very keen to support development
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Lots of support provided. Regular webinars, quick responses to emails. Regular meetings with BPP coach
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Somewhat helps. CFA exam not necessarily relevant to role however good qualification to have for future and helps to understand financial services better. For assignments, evidence of tasks to be provided therefore work already done prior to completing assignments however assignments help me to see my development and tasks I have completed
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I am part of a group that looks to support other colleagues in their career development. Put on regular events such as how to build a good PDP, how to use a mentor etc.
