Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is to manage the housekeeping team within my hotel. This involves managing the linen control and the stock within the department. Day to day this involves giving the team their tasks for the day, complete my own jobs including checking the staffs rooms after completion and reporting any issues found.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying this programme. It is teaching me a lot more especially in different departments. I enjoy the off the job training too
