Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Hotel receptionist, I check customers into the hotel, answer any questions they have and book tables for them at the beefeater restaurant next door. I also check safety items such as ensuring fire escapes are closed and doors are clear from obstructions.

Our deputy hotel manager tries to organise team evenings out which are nice when we are able to have them as it gives us a chance to bond more as a team.
