I work on the reception desk and on the housekeeping team, on reception I check guests in and submit things on the computer and answer the phone and emails for guest queries. When on housekeeping I clean the rooms and set them up for the next guests
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme quite a lot. I enjoy completing tasks and courses online and my coach is nice. I also like learning new things for my new training

I have learnt many new skills on reception I have improved my people skills and I know how to do a lot of things that help companies run smoothly
