i enjoy the opportunity to grow as a professional and learn concepts that extend beyond my organisation. i appreciate the opportunity to get a degree without sacrificing/ postponing my existing career

5/5
yes - i have learned a great deal of information around corporate leadership, including strategy, ethics, organisational management etc

Structure and Support

3/5
on the whole it has been good but there have been elements that could have been better organised.

my line manager is very supportive

5/5
i have received all the support I need to fulfil the qualification.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
it grants new, better perspectives and the apprenticeship model is great as it allows you to put concepts into practice immediately in a live organisation - this helps to better understand the theories in general - but the best element is it enables you to better understand what works (and doesn't work!) for you as a professional
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
there are but this could be improved.
