Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend S&W to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Great office culture: lots of young people who are excited by what they are doing and what to get better at the job. Many seniors who give up their time to teach us. Generous office amenities, leave and social activities.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to S&W?
Interviewers are managers who I work with on a daily basis. They are looking for people they want to work with, so the most important thing is to be personable and give off the right impressions that you are someone they will want to be on an audit with!
Have a good knowledge of the company, the role you are applying for, ask questions and be enthusiastic.
