Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work as a Team Leader, managing up to 60 people who all triage patients. I am there support if they need advice on any of their calls, carry out their 121s, appraisals, completing and analysing managers reports, managing sickness and welfare calls as well as day to day admin duties.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The workshops are good as I enjoy learning about the different tools and theories as well as the topic learning.

It's taken a while to learn the Web site, I feel a workshop is needed right at the start to explain everything in detail and go through the different forms or have a workbook that we can have at home.

The service is always busy so hard to get the 121 on my shifts.
