Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
As I am at the start of my apprenticeship, I am still doing placements in different departments to get a taste of the overall business. My day to day work is very varied, I get to track projects and their state of completion, as well as help my team with reports and meetings. Recently, I had the opportunity to set up testing and create a report for a Sensor that may be used in future projects. There are plenty of things to get involved in!
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy my programme, especially the mix of University weeks and Work weeks. It can be a lot of work at times but is definitely worth the effort. My team has been supportive and will always try to help when I need support.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have started learning modules In applied Engineering at the University of Warwick and at work, I have developed a variety of new soft skills. At work, I have worked with some robots and Programmable Logic Controllers which allowed me to learn new skills.

5/5
I believe my qualification gives me a good foundation to then build with my experience at work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
