Regular progress reviews throughout the course, exam timetable which was made available each year setting out requirements of the year, internal training sessions to complement the apprenticeship

The apprenticeship required me to be very organised as it was a new qualification for the department I worked in so I reached out to relevant people at First Intuition/L&D department at work when required. My line manager was very supportive throughout.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Tuition and revision courses were great and support was there if needed outside of taught courses. I couldn't fault this aspect at all.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
My ACA exams don't directly relate to my job role, but the skills I have developed on the apprenticeship has helped with my performance in the role. My CTA exams will be invaluable to improving my tax technical knowledge.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I run the netball team at work which is great fun and some networking events have come from this
