As a duty manager I have to make sure that the shifts I'm in charge of run as smoothly as possible and that any issues are dealt with promptly.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Generally this is a really good programme but it could be more inclusive with people coming from other countries that need to get their maths and English qualifications again.

Yes, especially around business planning and leadership.

It's Well organised but it does not work well around people that have to run shifts and daily operations as there is a lack of time.
