Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
To liaise with the project coordinators to ensure timely returns of surveys. Plan checks are completes for due diligenceto minimise any delays in Installations. Ensure a safe environment for customers and colleageues and visitors

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I would say that ive learnt be less emotional. New skills is using smart goals to set targets and improved my delegating and negotiating skills when handing out the workload utilising the strengths of others to make the team function as effectively as possible
