As I am retraining from a different industry, I have really enjoyed the training and learning a lot on a regular basis.

My training helps me understand my role in a lot more detail, which helps my confidence when dealing with tasks during my shift.

We have regular activities I can get involved with, especially as we have another site close by so we get together with them at most social events and training.
