Run the morning/evening or night shift; allocate room for House Keeping to do on the day; helping breakfast: Host, clear up tables, top up food and clean after breakfast: Tidy up, hoovering, moping; dealing with guests request, complaints; answer phones, emails; check all the departure rooms after House keeping finished & process ECI; Complete Co-pilot, etc.,
