My role is to handle enrolment for our apprenticeship programmes. As well as this I process leavers, break in learnings, functional skills results and completions.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed the programme and felt it was beneficial to my job role. I did sometimes find it hard to manage my time when carrying out additional learning

During my time on the programme I have mainly developed my presentations skills and management skills

I found the programme to be very well organised and structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Whilst on programme I received additional learning support from my coach. We arranged weekly calls which really helped me understand what learning I needed to carry out.

As we work from home it is hard to arrange extra-curricular activities within work. However, we do occasionally get together for face-to-face team meeting
