I manage a busy Regional Operations Centre for NHS England, which is the single point of contact across the wider health services in the north west from local and national point of view.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying learning new things, meeting new people and the support that I have received from raise the bar to start the programme.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised, but I have felt that Bud takes some time to get used to, I have however had support with this.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get a good amount of support, but it is busy at the moment in the NHS so any further support they could give on time management would be very much welcome.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The right amount of support at the stage I am with my qualification.

Not from a social point of view, we do have a menopause network that I am part of but this is in work time and I often don't have time

Why?
Worked here for a long time and they do give individuals the opportunity to progress, you need to be self-led and the person has to have the drive and willingness to work hard.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS?
Show that you can make a difference for the patient, this is what matters.
