I manage a team of medical secretaries responsible for supporting the clinicians in our A&E and Urgent Care areas. This involves managing the team and ensuring that there is continuous service support provision.

I would recommend KGH to a friend because there are many opportunities to develop via training that can be accessed.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS?
I would just say research the role you are applying for and ask for a walk around prior to interview to make sure the role is what you want.
