Manage and organise all aspects of warehouse and transport including route planning, warehouse stock, supervise staff and keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently. Also promote and maintain health and safety and action any issues.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Have enjoyed learning aspects the apprenticeship has taught me alongside my job role and being able to put them together on a daily basis to allow me to improve.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learned how to understand different situation and different people and this has taught me to sometimes step back and think for a minute before addressing an issue or situation of the best way to handle this.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised, clear structure and plan of work set and deadlines. Google classroom is easy to use once you have got used to it.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Always made sure I had enough time to complete work and if I needed any extra time or support then my manager was always willing to give me that.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots, always on hand answer questions and point you in the right direction as and when required. regular group sessions throughout the programme also helps keep everything on track.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Taught me more about handling difficult situations, understanding the wider business as a whole and how my role can effect it and also the affect of my actions on my team and why it's so important to lead correctly.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
