On a day to day I Lead a small team, Look after my Companies profit and loss and Push sales.

I learnt new ways of approaching my team, How to manage their expectations and guide them through new challenges with the skills i learnt

Although I completed the programme over zoom due to the pandemic it was structured well and supported heavily by my coach
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My Employer just seemed to let me get on with it, I tried to set out time away from the branch to complete the work although sometimes it was difficult they didnt mind that I needed to get the work done.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider was only ever represented by [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] My apprenticeship coach.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It enabled me to reinstate the skills I had learnt thought out my career but didnt know I had them!
