A leading global law firm, having the opportunity to experience Clifford Chance's inner workings on a practical level was very insightful. The week was extremely well-structured, testament to the dedicated people at Clifford Chance.
I engaged in a range of classroom-based learning activities within the Clifford Chance Academy, recieved presentations and undertook work shadowing in the departments of Finance X and Corporate (FIG). The scheme also included a visit to Clifford Chance's Amsterdam office, which gave me a good insight into the global and client-focused nature of the work at hand.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I had a truly fantastic experience, which provided me with insight, developed my skills and built my network. I met some amazing, talented people, lifelong friends and thoughroughly enjoyed myself, confirming my passion, interest and skill set in the field of global Corporate law.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The Amsterdam Clifford Chance Academy provided training on challenging situations and presentation skills; I enjoyed this very much as the core science behind an office environment was discussed alongside key resolutions when chanllenges are presented. Innovative in nature as a firm, my awareness of artificial intelligence within the legal sector was broadened, as key systems, such as Kiara and Lumen legal were discussed.
Through interacting with a variety of stakeholders, ranging from trainees to Partners, my networking skills and commercial awareness were developed vastly.
