I have the responsibility of a store assistant this involves making sure stock is rotated, the store is clean and safe and making sure are customers have a great experience at Aldi
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It’s fun, fast paced and every day brings on a new challenge. I really enjoy working here at Aldi.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I’ve learnt how to use a till and how to rotate long life/ short life products to ensure there is no waste. Ever since I’ve joined Aldi I’ve gained confidence in myself and find it much easier to talk to others.

The layout of my apprenticeship is very straightforward with deadlines and time needed to spend on the programme.
