I truly enjoy my apprenticeship programme, it allows me to work hard and develop new skills while also keeping a healthy work/life balance.

Yes, my communication and confidence has skyrocketed since joining the apprenticeship scheme. I enjoy meeting new people and this role has given me lots of opportunities to do so.

Very well, I work 5 days a week with the exception of one day where I complete my qualification work.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It isn't entirely specific to my role as it is quite niche. The qualification is more of an overall business administration qualification, so in that sense yes it does help develop an overall understanding of the business.
